Regular Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Nairobi

    Upon arrival in Nairobi, our representative will transfer you from the airport to a hotel for an overnight stay.

  • Day 2

    Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve

    We set off for Narok and the Maasai National Reserve where you go on an afternoon game drive.

  • Day 3

    Maasai Mara National Reserve

    Today, you get to have a full day of game drives.

  • Day 4

    Maasai Mara National Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park

    We set off for Lake Nakuru National Park where you go on an afternoon game drive after lunch.

  • Day 5

    Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

    You’ll take a leisurely drive to Lake Naivasha, the only fresh water lake within Africa’s Rift Valley.

  • Day 6

    Naivasha – Amboseli

    After breakfast you’ll drive through Athi and Kapiti plains past Namanga and get to Amboseli National Park in time for lunch.

  • Day 7

    Amboseli National Park

    Enjoy a full day of game drives, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

  • Day 8

    Amboseli – Nairobi

    Drive to Nairobi having lunch en route then have a transfer to the airport for your flight connection.

Day 1

Nairobi

Upon arrival in Nairobi, our representative will transfer you from the airport to a hotel for an overnight stay on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2

Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, we set off for Narok and the Maasai National Reserve – considered by many as the jewel and highlight of the safari expedition.

After lunch, you get to enjoy an afternoon game drive before returning to your chosen lodging for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Maasai Mara National Reserve

You get to have a full day of game drives. One in the early morning, another in the late afternoon, each about 3 hours long.

The Maasai Mara

This is the scene of the great migration. Millions of wildebeest cross the Mara River from the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve – an annual and spectacular ritual that brings with it lots of game and predators.

June — October: Migration from Kenya into Tanzania
November — May: Migration from Tanzania into Kenya

This is the approximate pattern in migration however, the phenomenon is more predictably linked to the fluctuations in
weather.

Day 4

Maasai Mara National Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast we set off for Lake Nakuru National Park and have lunch upon arrival.

In the afternoon, you’ll get to enjoy a game drive and get to see flamingos, rhinos, leopards, giraffes, just to mention a select few. What’s more, the drive affords you a stunning panoramic view of the lake affording you ample opportunities to capture breathtaking photographs.

You return to your lodging at dusk for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5

Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

You’ll take a leisurely drive to Lake Naivasha, the only fresh water lake within Africa’s Rift Valley. The lake is awash in bathing hippos and teems with fresh water fish species.

The lake is also a paradise of a vast array of exotic bird life to satisfy the curiosity of the avid bird watcher. The lake also plays host to distinctive herds of plain game and the elusive black faced colobus monkey. This is one of the few places in the world where you can get to wander on foot amongst the wild animals.

After lunch, relax at your lodge which will also be the venue for dinner and the overnight stay.

Day 6

Naivasha – Amboseli

After breakfast you’ll drive through Athi and Kapiti plains past Namanga and get to Amboseli National Park in time for lunch.

The afternoon affords you the opportunity to explore the park via game drive and see the numerous herds of elephants that the park is famous for as well as the spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Other wildlife to look out for include giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas, caracal, lions, leopards, cheetahs and buffaloes.

Have dinner and overnight at your selected lodging.

Day 7

Amboseli National Park

Enjoy a full day of game drives, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

Amboseli – Nairobi

You follow an early morning game drive with breakfast and thereafter, drive to Nairobi and arrive by mid afternoon.

You’ll have lunch en route then have a transfer to the airport for your flight connection.
