UGANDA: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi (Air)

Bwindi, located in south-western Uganda, is a magnificent verdant swathe across the steep ridges of the Albertine Rift Valley. This ancient rainforest is one of the few in Africa to have flourished and is home to half of the world’s population of the endangered mountain gorrilas. Looking into the expressive brown eyes of these giants is surely one of the most exciting and poignant wildlife encounters there are.
